10 miles
Took yesterday off and rode my bike to the gym to strength train instead. Feeling some pain on the outside of my right shin, just below the knee and that concerned me. I ran fine today, though some soreness developed across the shin in that spot later. It doesn't feel like shin splints but it doesn'r feel right either. This was a good run, 10 is pretty easy for me now at a nice 10 minute mile pace.
