Feeling definitely solid now. If I go too fast or make the incline too steep on the treadmill, the leg hurts a little but I ease right off and then I'm fine. Good to be back on the wagon!

First two days in a row since coming back and I felt good. A little hot out but I'm getting used to it. Ran with Alex.

Ran early this morning and it felt good. This three mile track is getting a little old, just an out and back. Ran up my hill at the end for the first time since starting again and it felt good. No pain or anything.

Bad run. My stomach was a mess since I've been eating poorly with guests in town. Had to turn around early and walk/run the end. Wouldn't really even count this as a run.

Swimming & strength training
Really needed to get to the gym and finally did it. The swimming is coming along. Some guy told me to keep my head down and it'd reduce the drag on my legs. He was right. I felt like a slow little bullet, it was a big difference.

Ran a bridge loop today and it was a little much. I want to be at a place farther along than I am, so I think I need to scale back.

Swimming, strength training & 1 miles
Got good news from the doc yesterday! It is not a stress fracture! I took my shoes to the running store and they told me the problem wasn't the shoes, I wear them hard enough that I can only get 300 instead of 400 miles out of them but they were wearing evenly and had 100 miles to go. So I hesitantly ran one little mile today and it was delicate but went okay. I'm going to build up slowly, every other day, and not worry about speed or miles. If I am comfortable at 3-5 miles by mid July I can run a marathon in fall.
